WEBSITE PROJECT MANAGER Responsibilities: Reports to: Director Roles Reporting to This: Bali web development and technical staff x 5 Primary Objective: To manage the development and operations of the Webkos Internet Web Development Team. To translate project functional requirements to developers, mentor them to achieve successful web development outcomes, and ensure a quality and well tested set of deliverables are returned to customers Decision Making Authority: Primary responsibility for development and operations of Webkos Internet Development Team. Knowledge / Experience: Technical competencies * Expertise in Web Development and Internet Technologies. * Expertise in IT Project Management * Familiarity with PHP, LAMP and related technologies. * Understanding of the software development process and varying development models Personal competencies * English Language communications skills at a confident level. * Written English communication at a good level. * Ability to read and interpret English functional and technical specifications. * Excellent communication and people management skills. * Patience and calm, professional approach at all times. * Strong demonstrated experience leading a team of development staff or IT professionals. Key Relationships / Interactions * Liaise closely with Business Analysts, and possibly direct customer communication. * Liaise with Managing Director and Business Owners. Key Challenges * Ensuring that functional and technical specifications are explained clearly to development staff including translation of requirements from English to Bahasa Indonesia. * Managing the workload and priorities of development staff to ensure delivery against tight deadlines and adhering to tight quality and testing guidelines. * Managing staff project task allocation, workload, and mentoring team members to achieve project and development outcomes. * Managing staff KPI's and performance. * Preparing and delivering regular management reports regarding developer progress against milestones. * Assisting in the implementation of Webkos Internet's development standards, and processes. Requirements: * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent. * Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia * At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. * Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. * Full-Time position(s) available.
